Shipping & Return Policies
Items ordered through SledGearUSA.com are shipped via UPS or USPS. A street address is required for delivery. Merchandise will be delivered standard ground transportation, which takes 3-5 business days. You may request express delivery options which are listed below as well as in the checkout process, for an additional charge.

Same day shipping: We strive for same day shipping on orders placed before 1pm cst. However, processing time for in stock items can take up to 2 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Delivery times do not include processing time.
Free Ground Shipping: The Free Ground Shipping applies only to in stock items. We can dropship product directly from Klim's warehouse in Idaho but additional charges may apply. At this time SledGearUSA.com only ships merchandise to the U.S.. Additional charges will be applied to merchandise shipped to Alaska and Hawaii. Express shipping is not available for P.O. Box and APO/FPO addresses. Shipping charges are calculated for each address and are based on the weight being shipped to that address.
Klim warrant *every product they make to be free of manufacturer defects for the **lifetime of the product. Additionally, all KLIM GORE-TEX® products are GUARANTEED TO KEEP YOU DRY® for the **lifetime of the product. Should you have a warranty issue, call Klim for a case number. They will repair it if possible or replace all valid warranty items. Please have all warranty item claims clean for evaluation or it will be sent back to you as is without an inspection being made. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, modifications, alterations, or use for a purpose other than which it was designed. If this product fails due to a manufacturing or material defect Klim will repair the product without charge, or replace it at their discretion. This warranty is not transferable. Product must be registered by completing the warranty survey at www.klimusa.com under the "About/Contact Klim" link.
* KLIM BOOTS are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for one  year from the date of purchase. General warranty terms apply.
* The KLIM F4 HELMET is warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for five  years from the date of purchase. General warranty terms apply.
** The lifetime of a product unfortunately does not mean your lifetime. The intensity under which the product is used determines this factor. Rips, tears, cuts, punctures and burns will void the lifetime warranty of the product even if the warranty issue is not related to these damages.

SledGearUSA.com is dedicated to our customer’s complete satisfaction. Listed below is our return policy guidelines for orders that do not meet your satisfaction.
No returns will be accepted without a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Contact us at 1-877-500-8961 or by email at email@example.com to request a RMA number. The RMA number MUST be clearly marked on the outside of the box or the package will be refused.
Eligible exchanges or returns with a valid RMA number are accepted within 30 days of customer receiving order.
All returns or exchanges must be in the condition you received them and in the original box or packaging. Do not use the manufacturer’s packaging for a shipping box. Merchandise not meeting these requirements will be refused for return or may be subject to an additional restocking fee.
The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping merchandise back to SledGearUSA.com.
Clearance, sale items, and non-current items will be clearly labeled as such in the product description and are NOT returnable.
Please allow a minimum of 10 business days to receive and process your return or exchange. We will credit or refund the purchase price of the merchandise, excluding the original shipping costs. If items were shipped free, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
All returns will have a minimum restocking fee of $10 or 10% whichever is greater.
We will pay for all standard shipping costs, charge no restocking fees and accept all returned items when the return is a result of our own error.
